Les Activités Sociales et Culturelles (ASC) des CE misent en danger par un amendement adopté en catimini.
La CFDT dénonce cette nouvelle atteinte au pouvoir d’achat des salariés et à leurs avantages offerts par leur Comité d’entreprise (CE).
C’est au détour d’un amendement que le projet de Loi de financement de la sécurité sociale (PLFSS) 2019 s’apprête à limiter à une portion congrue les avantages octroyés aux salariés par leur Comité d’entreprise.
Par année et pour les sommes supérieures à un peu plus de 300 euros, il y aurait un prélèvement des cotisations sociales et une intégration dans les revenus imposables du salarié. Le prétexte avancé pour cet amendement est la sécurisation du dispositif qui aujourd’hui est défiscalisé grâce à une tolérance de l’administration.
Si ce projet est mené jusqu’à son terme par le législateur, mécaniquement les avantages offerts par le Comité d’entreprise vont diminuer sensiblement. Très concrètement cela signifie par exemple que certaines familles ne pourront pas partir en vacances.
La CFDT dénonce cette mesure mais également la méthode consistant en l’adoption d’un amendement en catimini pour éviter un débat sur le sujet avec le patronat et les syndicats concernés au premier chef par cette mesure.
Le CFDT ne manquera pas de peser lors des débats au sénat.
